🔶 Follow the author of DAY 1 not One Day as she goes beyond the book and shares with mentees, her 7 tips to having an athletic mindset as written in her book.
🔶In this seven week course, we go over each chapter of the DAY 1 not ONE DAY workbook, including exercises, questions that may arise and action steps to complete for the week.
