I asked ten associates if they have a goal for this year. Seven out of the 10 had a goal at the beginning of 2023. When I asked them about their goal in December, only 2 had completed it and the other 5 had disregarded their goal as a pipe dream.
Out of 10 individuals only 2 could successfully say they had a goal and accomplished it. What made them different? What made the difference? 80% did not have the accountability, dedication, healthy steps, motivation and/or assistance to achieve their goal.
